We are proud to be a PADI Eco Centre, actively promoting marine biodiversity and community resilience by addressing our oceanβs global challenges.
We are dedicated to engaging in direct conservation action including citizen science, policy advocacy, and education and work hard to reduce the environmental footprint of our operations, embedding sustainability as a core business value.
In partnership with Atoll Marine Centre, we care for a small-scale coral garden; housing coral frames, a nursery and tree structures, with the goal of out-planting to degraded parts of our house reef.
Undertake training in Coral Restoration and Coral Conservation or join our Coral Restoration Volunteer Program to get hands on experience in reef restoration.
Join our conservation based Divemaster Internship here in Naifaru and learn how to to be an eco dive leader.
Along with the PADI Divemaster curriculum you will have workshops in Fish and Coral ID, learn how to conduct a CoralWatch survey, lead REEF (Reef Environmental Education Foundation) fish surveys, run Dive Against Debris events, practice megafauna photo identification and submit data into global databases.
You will also complete the Reef Guru Restoration Diver course, learning how to maintain, grow, collect data on and assess an active coral garden, joining us afterwards for our weekly coral dives.
